Guy Tamburello & Sal Cannova have been friends for many years. A few years ago they formed a partnership and launched Prime Catering of KC, a full-service event and catering company. Our scratch-made innovative menu items and attention to detail set us apart from the rest.

Sal Cannova, is a partner and culinary expert at Prime Catering of Kansas City. Sal has over 30 years of experience in the foodservice and hospitality industry.

Sal was the owner of Roasters of Kansas City and been in the catering industry for much of his career. He has worked with top chefs throughout the country and been involved in numerous banquet and elaborate catering events throughout his career.

Known for his attention to detail, his culinary expertise and menu development will make your next event an overwhelming success.

Guy Tamburello, is a partner and Executive Chef at Prime Catering of Kansas City. Guy has over 45 years of experience in the restaurant industry. He has owned and operated restaurants in the Kansas City area such as Marty’s BBQ, Café Italia and Granny’s Chicken.

Chef Tamburello’s flare for Southern Italian cuisine has led to his success. Considered a top chef in Kansas City., his sauces add another level of complexity and flavor to made from scratch dishes.
